Rustic fabrics (such as denim, linen, and cotton gauze) may present some variations inherent to the fabric, which, while not considered garment defects, are normal.
Exchanges for these garments will only be accepted for online purchases.
All products can be exchanged up to 15 days after the date of receipt.
The product must be returned unused, with the brand tags attached, NO EXCEPTIONS.
At the time of exchange, the current product values will be taken into account, and the amount actually paid by the customer for the original purchase will be deducted. If there is a difference in the customer's favor, a credit note will be issued for a future purchase. However, if the product being exchanged is worth more than the original purchase, the customer must pay the difference.
In the case of exchanging the product for another size, maintaining the same model, no difference in value will be charged.

• If the exchange is being picked up from our offices in Palermo, it is done in person and free of charge.
If the exchange is being made by mail or courier, it must be sent in the branded bag and a protective plastic bag so that we receive it in the same condition as it was sent.
Please return the product in the same condition as you received it, unused, and with the original tags and packaging.
RETURNS
Online purchases only: Revocation of acceptance. The consumer has the right to revoke acceptance within two (2) calendar days from the date the item is delivered or the purchase is made. In this case, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours. Please keep the product as received.
Studio Purchases: No refunds, only credit notes where applicable (excluding products in special promotions).
