Cómo Comprar?

CÓMO COMPRAR?

  1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the product to your cart and take you there.
  3. You can continue adding other products to your cart or click "Start Checkout."
  4. Fill in your contact information and click "Continue."
  5. Enter the address where you wish to receive the product. Then click "Continue."
  6. Select the shipping method you prefer. You can choose from:
    • "Pickup" (Pickup at our store)
    • "Moto CABA": Deliveries Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    • "Correo OCA": You will receive an email with the tracking number so you know when your product will arrive. Delivery is usually up to 8 business days after the package is shipped.
    • "DHL": For international shipments
    • Once you've chosen your shipping method, click "Continue".
  7. In the "Order Notes" section, you can add any comments you need to let us know, such as whether it's a gift or if you need it shipped after a certain date.
    • If you need an "Invoice A," this is the section where you should let us know..
  8. Choose your payment method. You can select the option::
    • "Bank Transfer" (Argentina Only): Payment details will be sent by email once the purchase is complete. We request that you send proof within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and you must re-purchase the item, or it will be void. A 15% discount applies.
    • "Cash at Store" (Argentina Only): Payment is due upon pickup at the Palermo Pickup location; not available for other shipping options. A 20% discount applies.
    • "Debit or credit card": We offer up to 3 interest-free installments. Payments are processed through the MercadoPago or PayPal for international buys platforms. There is an option for more installments, but with interest.
    • Once you have chosen your payment method, click "Continue."
  9. Finally, on the Purchase Confirmation page, you can review all your purchase information. Then, click "Continue."
  10. There, you will be redirected to another screen to complete your payment method. After confirming your purchase, you will receive an email from us; this will not be proof of payment.
  11. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship the products you purchased.
  12. You will receive an email with the corresponding invoice throughout the week.
